Restaurant Opening & Food Review : Ten Years - Sri Petaling

I'm very lucky and get invited to attend a very huge opening party of this restaurant. First of all, i wanna wish Victor Bong, CEO of Ten Years Restaurant & Horsemen Group congratulation for the grand opening and may your new business get you lots of fortune, name and fame.

Many of you may wounder who is this Victor Bong. Here is a short profile of himself.

A graduate from Multimedia University (MMU) with a degree in Electronics Engineering, Victor
started his career as a sales engineer dealing with security surveillance. His later started his own IP
surveillance brand, STAREX, and worked with retail brands such as McDonalds, Mary Brown’s and
Big Food Courts, which led him to better understanding the F&B line. He was also required to travel
all around Asia, exposing him to many different cuisines. This led him to discovering cultures within
food options, and he went into the F&B industry to gather top-rated Malaysian recipes under a
single brand, in the process preserving Malaysia’s food culture for future generations.
Passionate towards food and cooking, Victor utilises his free time by travelling around Malaysia in
search for good food, as he believes we can learn a lot about the locals based on their choice of food
– especially in Malaysia. He hopes more famous recipe owners will join the platform in order to
preserve Malaysian food culture, and intends to eventually lead Malaysian culture and foods
overseas through bringing his restaurant’s branding to other countries.

About TEN YEARS
