A pregnancy is a blessing and is a very happy feeling for the family member. But there's a lot complication & discomfort a mother need to bare and face almost everyday and for a long long 40 weeks (9 month).

Product Review : Solution for Menstrual Pain Without Consuming Oral Medication.

I believe most of the Malaysians likes to drink drinks with a lot of ice but definitely we all know this is not a healthy way to keep our body cold especially for girls and woman's.

Most of the woman or girl our there will have menstrual pain during early of their menstrual cycle. Some are bearable and some are very excruciating. It will get worst if we drank some chill drink a few days or during our menstrual cycle.

I am trying my best to not take any medication to sooth the pain and i have an alternative way to sooth the pain.

I discover that the Minyak Yu Yee Cap Limau oil could cut down the pain im having. The hot and chilly sensation of the oil penetrate well into my tummy and i really do feel i was in the heaven by that moment.

How do i use it? I pour erm, quite alot lah, on my palm, then straightly apply on to the area below my belly button. Massage it with circular clockwise motion till most of the oil absorbed. Ans some of the remaining on my palm ill wipe it all off, even pouring a little bit more on my palm and apply it on the lower back, area of the pelvic bone.

Product Review : Solutions to baby bloated stomach

Since birth, my daughter tummy is not in a very good condition. She's lactose intolerant, easily vomit and definitely her tummy will be bloated all the time.

Can you guys see how huge her tummy was? till the belly button is poked out =(

I still remember a moment where she is barely a month old yet. She is fussy & crying like crazy. Like a few times in 1 or 2 hours. Went to the pediatric and came back with a tons of medication. Its very heart breaking when you see your barely 1 month old drinking 5 types of medication, 3 times a day.
